Ravioli with ricotta mousse and smoked salmon
Here are two variations of ravioli filing

Ingredients

  • Dough dumplings

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Ricotta

    100 g

  • Dill

    5 g

  • Salmon

    30 g

  • Basil

    10 g

  • Cream

    100 g

Prepare the filling for ravioli: mix together the cheese, dill, salmon, salt, pepper, yolk.

Knead the dough with the expectation of 100 grams of flour one egg, salt and tablespoon of olive oil.
