Pie
This cake I found in my collection of recipes from Rachel ray. I just adore her, her easy and delicious recipes always, here's the cake we also impressed, and decided to share with you the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    1.25 cup

  • Flour

    1.33 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Fruit puree

    0.25 cup

  • Extract

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    90 g

Cooking

1. In a food processor grind 1/2 Cup. almonds.

2. To it add the flour, baking powder and salt, stir.

3. Almond flour put it in the bowl. In a food processor, connect the sugar, oil, eggs, puree and extract, and stir to combine.

4. Connect the flour mixture with the sugar-egg mixture. Stir to combine.

5. Add to batter 3/4 Cup. almonds and chocolate, stir.

6. Send the dough in a greased form ( I have a square 20cm) and in the oven 190C for 30 minutes.

7. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
