Lean coffee and chocolate bagels with prunes
Delicious and flavorful bagels. Fit and those who are fasting.

Ingredients

  • Instant coffee

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    30 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    550 g

In a small amount of water (about 50 ml) and 1 teaspoon of sugar to dissolve yeast. To give up. Knead the dough from coffee, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, salt rising yeast and flour. In the end, add the prunes, previously soaked in boiling water (in tea, alcohol) and cut. The dough should be soft and elastic.
