Description

Cooking

step-0
Series of products for cooking casseroles.
step-1
In addition to those on the 1st photo, you will need and these products.
step-2
Fish cut into slices, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with squeezed lemon juice. While there are other components to prepare casseroles, fish marinated.
step-3
The spinach leaves, cut into strips, garlic finely chop.
step-4
On a medium grater grate the cheese.
step-5
Potatoes cut into slices, eggs beat with a fork.
step-6
Sauté garlic in butter until light brown colour.
step-7
Add spinach, salt, pepper, and season with nutmeg.
step-8
On low heat, with constant stirring, sauté for 3-4 minutes. To approximately determine the type and amount, as in the photo.
step-9
In form, slightly greased, put layers of fish and potatoes (it is possible, as I have, to fill voids between the pieces of fish potato).
step-10
Layers of fluff spinach mixture.
step-11
Blend the cream until stiff peaks and combine them with the eggs.
step-12
Spread on top of casserole butter-egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and send in a preheated 180*C oven for 30-40 minutes.
step-13
Here's a rosy zapekanka, a wonderful aroma filled the entire kitchen, take out from the oven.
step-14
Then there are two options: apply a La carte "piping - hot", but then the casserole will slightly lose their shape.
step-15
Or to be served chilled, which is also delicious.
