My other half loves calamari, and the mushrooms just loves, so I decided to please him - to cook stuffed squid with mushrooms, because squid are just asking to have their anything stuffed. Is their a pleasure, besides, like all seafood, they are incredibly useful.

Cooking
Rice wash, salt, boil until tender.
Mushrooms wash, cut, sprinkle with lemon juice, fry in butter, sprinkle with salt.
Squid wash, remove the intestines, take out the transparent chitinous plate. Cover them with boiling water, leave for 1 min, remove plenochki. Pour water out, rinse.
