For this dish I used Italian pasta, view - ears.

In boiling water put the pasta and broccoli together and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).

Meanwhile, fry onion in olive oil, then add the chopped loin (I used in the package, cut into strips) and continue to fry for 5 minutes.

Once the pasta is cooked, about half a Cup of water in which it cooked, add the fried bacon and onions (this will prevent dryness of our meal). Add the finely chopped parsley. The rest drain the water and put our pasta and broccoli to the pan with the brisket, and without turning off fire, mix well with our pasta with this "sauce" for half a minute. Serve hot. Bon appétit!
