  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

So simple that I didn't even have to do step-by-step photos. Take slice thinly (!) the diced ham. Put it in muffin cups so that it is in the center of was pressed to the bottom of the form. Break one egg into the center of our baskets. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until cooked eggs (about 10 minutes). Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, then remove from molds. Garnish with green onions, simulating the handle of the basket.
