Garlic sauce — sauce, whose main ingredient is garlic. Garlic sauce is used for cooking various dishes around the world. The sauce added at the very end of cooking, as the heat treatment, it changes the smell. In addition to preparing meals, this sauce can be served as a salad topping or as a separate component of tableware. In this case, add the sour cream mashed garlic, salt, spices and herbs, such as Basil, dill, parsley, green onions etc. This recipe is the result of adding the knowledge about a cream sauce obtained from different sources. The result is very tender meat in a spicy sauce.

Cooking
Prepared meat. Remove all film, veins, etc.
Cut into thin layers in small pieces (half the size of the palm of your hand)
Salt, pepper, sprinkle with your favourite spices with 2 sides. In a frying pan heats 5-6 tbsp. of sunflower oil, spread the meat, fry on low heat for 5 minutes. Not turn, proceed to the next step.
Then add a small amount of water. Meat should not "drown", but watch out not to fry more otherwise it will become dry and hard. Keep on low heat for 30-40 minutes, periodically adding hot water, when it evaporates, but that the meat never ceased to boil.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In 0.5 glass of boiled water pour 1.5 tbsp top with more flour. Add there the same 2 spoonfuls of thick cream. Stir thoroughly. Very carefully chop the garlic. First, you can squeeze it through a garlic press, and then grind with the pestle. Finely chop the purple Basil (I didn't have one). It will give the dish flavor and gently color the sauce.
Do a full pan under the fire and pour the sauce into the meat. Wait 1 minute until the sauce has thickened and turn off heat.
Spread the meat to garnish, serve and eat with a big appetite.
