Pumpkin pie soufflé with raisins
Whether you love pumpkin like I love her? If Yes, then this pie is for you. The recipe I came up responsibly because many things have already been tested, but I wanted something even more tasty. The result is a thorough study available on the website and of the recipes I had this option. And as concluded, the husband and the friends we regularly "fed" with my creations – this truly is the best. Usually, the dough is in the pie is in the filling with sand or other basis. But I wanted and for a long time, "very pumpkin" pie. So, inside it is very tender and juicy, like a souffle. Outside – crisp.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Semolina

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Raisins

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Beat the egg with sugar. Then add oil, soy sauce, sunflower seeds. Soy sauce I add instead of soda, if the recipe involves the possibility of adding at least a pinch of salt. Because it is natural fermentation. He slightly loosens and lifts the dough during baking. Be careful on the bottle should indicate that it is naturally fermented (or naturally brewed, like me). As the cheap soy sauces often release just with the addition of alcohol.
