50g walnuts grind in a blender.
Add the eggs. Beat. Add the sugar and a pinch of vanilla. Beat.
250g flour gradually add and beat. Add the serum. Beat.
Add the cocoa powder. Mix well. To repay 1 tsp. soda 1 tbsp. vinegar.
Decorate the top with remaining walnuts. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
