Pudding zucchini
Squash pudding — one very light and delicate dish of zucchini. Unlikely, of course, they can feed a grown man, but still he has some good, in my opinion, applications: - for Breakfast as an alternative to some scrambled eggs; for those who are on a diet (pudding is not high in calories); as a charm and easy side dish to something more serious.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add salt and drain in a colander. To let the liquid drain out (I squeezed the grated zucchini), they should be land.

Add the zucchini to the egg yolks, mix well.

Then add sour cream. All mix well.

Next, we add flour. Again mix well.

Now gently add the whipped whites to the zucchini and stir lightly, trying to keep the air.

Put the mass into a greased form and put in a preheated 160 degree oven.

Bake until Golden brown (about 40-50 minutes). There's this dish can be cold and hot, very tasty and gentle turns with sour cream.
