Cooking
Pork wash, remove excess moisture with a napkin. RUB with salt, pepper and herbs de Provence.
Berries cranberries and blueberries wash and defrost.
Squeeze the juice of two oranges. Half of the resulting juice is added to pork. Leave the meat in orange "marinade" for about 15 minutes.
Rubs berries cranberries and blueberries, puree (in a blender), add the honey and remaining half of orange juice. Stir. p.s. I rubbed it with a fork, I like it when the sauce is whole berries.
Pour half of the resulting sauce in a baking dish, spread on top the meat.
Pour the remaining sauce (it should completely cover our pork), I added orange juice, which was marinated our meat.
Put the pork in a preheated 200 degree oven for an hour. Every 15 minutes the meat should be removed and pour the berry sauce. While the pork was ready, I made another sweet cranberry sauce: cranberries 100 grams + sugar 4 tablespoons + dry red wine - 2 tbsp - rubbed and cooked on a slow fire until thick. Serve our pork with berry sauce and fruit)))) It's very tasty!! Bon appetit)))
