Cooking
In a wide pan fry the chopped garlic
Add assorted seafood and king prawns. Fry on strong fire. Pour dry white wine and let it evaporate
Add the chopped tomatoes in their own juice. Salt, pepper and simmer on low heat covered for about 20 min. Add chopped parsley.
Meanwhile, boil linguine in salted water until soft (they should stay hardish). Drain off water, mix with cooked sauce and shareable portions, put pasta with sauce in foil (if the foil is thin, it is better to make a double layer).
Foil hermetically spin, the seam should be on top. Put in oven preheated to 200град., 20 min.
Ready! Can be served right in the foil. Good white wine... Success is assured! Bon appetit!
