Cake rye bread with apples
You like rye bread? If so, then prepare this simple but tasty pie!

Ingredients

  • Bread

    300 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Juice

    150 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Juice mixed with water. Half of bread, cut into small pieces.

Each slice of bread moistened in a mixture of water and juice, put into a form, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Apples to grate on a coarse grater, put on a layer of bread, sprinkle half of the sugar.

The remaining bread moistened in a mixture of water and juice, crumble on the Apple layer. You put the pieces of butter, sprinkle with sugar, pour the remaining mixture of water and juice.

Put in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

The cooled pie remove from the form, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
