Green salad with pomelo
Low calorie salad! The perfect side dish! Multivitamin, juicy and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Daikon

    0.333 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.25 coup

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Pomelo

    0.2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

Cooking

Wash the vegetables With peas drain rasol

Luke green onions finely chopped

Cucumber cut into semi-circle

Avocados to clear out the bone and cut into small cubes

Daikon radish peel and grate on a coarse grater

Lettuce cut into sticks

Pomelo peel and Pulp veins to break up into small pieces

Filling: Mix Kikkoman soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, spices and citric acid.
