Pumpkin sorbet
Offered to taste a dietary dessert of the autumn vegetable.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Pumpkin peeled, cut into small cubes. Put in the oven bag and send in a preheated 200 deg oven for 30 min.

The cooled pumpkin in a blender along with a banana, juice of half a lime and sugar. I used cane sugar Demerara from TM Mistral.

Mass put into forms and sent to 3-4 hours in the freezer.
