Charming vegetable salad

Ingredients

  • Orange juice

  • Soy sauce

Let's start with the marinating onions. For this we need: onions (preferably not too bitter), orange, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and vegetable oil is first cold pressed.

Onion peeled and cut into thin half-rings in a deep bowl. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oil and fruit juice of half an orange. Mix well.

Carrots and cucumbers are thoroughly washed. Carrot peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot with the use of nozzles for medium shredding or cut with a knife thin strips. Cucumbers cut into cubes.

Add the marinated vegetables to the onions and mix well. Actually, the salad is ready! Can be served immediately or transfer to a jar with a tight lid and put into the refrigerator. So this salad can be stored up to 1 day, which is very handy – at any time you have a delicious, light salad garnish or as a separate dish for a snack.
