Buckwheat is not only delicious and nutritious, but also very useful product. Protein content it is superior to all cereals, second only to legumes, and therefore in the diet can replace meat. Due to the high content of folic acid buckwheat stimulates blood, strengthens blood vessels and heart. But if the buckwheat will add more spinach, it will not be Your dish (in all senses of the word). Scientists claim that spinach belongs to those plants that not only strengthen physical health, but improve mood, which is vital for most of us. Nothing magic in this, just spinach contains a lot of copper which contributes to the development of “hormones of happiness”. Recipe source Yulia Vysotskaya. Eat at home.

Cooking

step-0
Dry buckwheat pre-fry on a dry pan. Chile cut into thin strips. Lemon zest finely grated, juice squeeze.
step-1
Heat the butter and 1 tbsp. of olive, add the spinach and chopped chilli, to warm up a couple minutes on small fire. My spinach was frozen, I pre-thawed in the microwave and cut strips.
step-2
As soon as the spinach starts to "fade", remove it from the heat, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and grated lemon rind, all mix well. Put in a pan the spinach with the prepared buckwheat, mix well, season with olive oil, sprinkle with cilantro and serve. PS: I buckwheat boiled with the addition of butter, with salt (usually cook buckwheat porridge). At the end of olive oil is added, in my opinion, it is better to add a creamy, dry. Add the cilantro a must!!!
