During this time I stirred a couple of times, and it would be - "the hostess, and your dough ran away!" The dough I got soft and supple. Over time I split it into 3 parts. The photograph is only a 2 piece, and from the third I have already formed pie!
While up the dough I put out the cabbage. The cauldron poured the vegetable oil and warmed up. Put the chopped half rings onion.
When the onions protushitsya 5 minutes, I throw in sauerkraut. My secret - I'm from the cabbage do not squeeze the available juice, and she stew in "its own juice", and when the juice is gone, but the cabbage still want to stew, to not burnt I don't add vegetable oil and pour a little bit of water - so it is not greasy, but juicy and soft!
Halfway to ready, I salted it, perchu, add lavrushku and if you need sugar, since cabbage is different in the degree of "sourness! That's all! Cabbage is ready!!!!!
The ruble meat finely and fry in a skillet. Add the onion, carrots, spices. All in taste. For example, I love a lot of vegetables and spices! So the meat looked ready.
For the formation of a cake I used including mayonnaise, tomato sauce (I home), and processed cheese.
Collect the pie. Roll dough to size of baking tray, to form little ledges, brush with tomato sauce, put the cabbage, meat, RUB on a small grater, processed cheese and apply a grid with mayonnaise.
Cake let stand for 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven for 20 minutes (until tender). So repeat with the remaining products. The cake was very tasty - soft dough, slight acidity from stewed cabbage, the spicy taste of meat - all very well combined.
