The sauce of dried apricots with lemon

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    400 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

To prepare the spreads need to boil the syrup. To do this, pour into a saucepan the water, add sugar, salt and cloves. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Cook the syrup until then, until the sugar has dissolved completely. Pour the apricots in the hot syrup and leave for an hour.
