Universal crisp and tasty baskets. I filled them with chocolate ganache with nuts and a frozen banana. Pleasure... Help Yourself!!!

Cooking
If You want the same filling of the baskets as I have, put in the freezer peeled banana in the bag, of course.
For the baskets. To get the phyllo dough. Lay on a comfortable surface and to prepare a form for 9 cupcakes. Melt in the microwave butter. Butter to grease the form. Then, lubricating oil a sheet of phyllo dough.
And collect the sheet to the center. Leaving a space in the middle. If You have a small muffin tin, you can pre-cut the sheets in half.
Move the folded sheet in the form and grease/fold the next sheet. So lay out all the leaves. Include warming up the oven to 180*. And send the form in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Be guided by Your oven.
Make ganache. In a sauté pan with non-stick coating lightly fry a handful of nuts. If the nuts are large, pre-grind.
Add the cream and stirring bring to boil. To turn off the stove.
Add broken pieces of chocolate and stir until smooth. Due to nuts the mass is not perfectly uniform, but it goes in the filling. And delicious...
Retrieve the basket from the mold and, if necessary, dry the excess oil with a napkin.
Put the basket on the saucer. Put in the center of the basket a spoonful of ganache.
With a sharp knife cut the frozen banana into thin slices or as You like. And put in the center of the basket on top of the chocolate.
Thus filled as many baskets as you need for filing. Bon appetit!!! Awesome combination of crispy dough with slightly warm chocolate-hazelnut ganache and cool banana ice cream!!!
