A wonderful, light salad. Very easy to prepare, taste of summer... vacation memories)))

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    8 piece

  • Olives

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Shrimp need to boil and clean.

While cooked shrimp cut into cubes vegetables.

Mix vegetables in a bowl, add the olives and black olives.

Pour peeled shrimp, sprinkle the salad with lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, sugar to taste. Season with olive oil. The salad can be eaten immediately, but preferably half an hour to hold in the fridge so all the flavours opened up and mixed up...))) Bon appetit!
