Here are our ingredients. In America for sale sort of small red potatoes, that's what we'll use in this salad. If you're short, you can use regular red potatoes. Fry the bacon on both sides over medium heat, lightly brushing the pan with butter, about 6-8 minutes, until crisp. Spread on paper towel to remove excess fat. I use Turkey bacon.
We cut our bacon into small pieces or just break with your hands. Put aside.
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sour cream, salt, pepper, add wine vinegar (I used Apple), all mix well.
