Cooking

step-0
Dear cooks! The recipe is very simple. Take 2 ripe pears.
step-1
Cut out the middle. Sprinkle the pear with lemon juice.
step-2
To the water add the sugar, anise and cinnamon. Put our pears and cook for about 15 min.
step-3
Remove pears and let cool.
step-4
Roll out the dough ( or take ready is not frozen. Puff or puff-yeast. Put on a layer of half the pears and cut around with a knife, stepping back approximately 1 cm.
step-5
Yes, I each half cut into thin stripes. Shallow stripes did. They manifest a little during baking.
step-6
And so we need to do with each other. The rest of the dough to make leaves. Attach to the main bag.
step-7
Whisk the egg and brush over the dough and the pear!!!
step-8
All the preparations are complete. Put them in the oven. It all depends on your, you know. I have to bake 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
step-9
10 minutes until cooked, remove, brush with some butter and sprinkle a little brown sugar!
step-10
These are the sins out. The stunning fragrance!!! Rather brew tea or pour coffee! Dessert is ready! Sami pears melt in your mouth. To be tender and very juicy. The dessert is not cloying. Moderately sweet. Thin dough only complements the taste.
step-11
Optionally, you can slightly sprinkle with powdered sugar! Serve with a scoop of ice cream or jam. We don't have time. I apologize in advance! Ate all the way. The four of us with one large plate...
step-12
Hug you! Pleasant Saturday-Sunday meal!
