Buckwheat dessert
Very fast, tasty, tender! In cooking there is room for your imagination, and most importantly allows you to add variety and make useful really tasty!!! My little son loves this dish!

Ingredients

  • Porridge

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

In a bowl (in a blender) put 3-4 tablespoons of buckwheat.

Add the warm milk (you can heat up, for example, in a microwave).

Nozzle or in a blender, grind milk with buckwheat to have consistency (can be quite small, it is possible to come across grains).

Ready dessert sprinkle with cocoa or grated chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, lightly stir to create a surface pattern. PS: In this dish you can add spices instead of fresh (vierspurigen) berries, fruits, for example, banana goes very well with cinnamon and ginger. If you put a banana there is no need to put sugar!
