Description
This is an easy and delicious cake that always helps me. The recipe is good because the eggs should not be divided into whites and yolks. Try to bake, and you will succeed!

Cooking
Eggs knock in a bowl (I beat each egg over a small bowl or plate, and then poured into a common bowl, to make sure that the eggs are not spoiled). Add a little salt and beat with a mixer at maximum speed for approximately 3 min.
Then add sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat at maximum speed for 15 minutes (until thick white foam).
During the time that whipped egg baking powder pour into a Cup (bowl or plate) and prepare a baking dish. Metal - grease cooking oil and sprinkle flour or silicone - dampened with water.
Baking powder to extinguish with fresh lemon juice, stirring with a spoon. No need to pour a lot of juice, just so all the powder became wet.
When beaten eggs - add baking powder and flour, gently, with the mixer but quickly, stir it all together. If you love cake with cocoa give 3 tablespoons of cocoa at the end. (I'm at the end of the finished dough was divided and one part of the added cocoa and then poured together (the result is seen in the photo)))
Pour the batter into the pan (cake will be exactly good if your dough will have a consistency like me, the photo shows that the dough flows like honey, but has a more airy structure).
Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, and 40 minutes if the cake with cocoa. The willingness to try to pierce with a toothpick, only the first 30 minutes do not open the oven!
Cream can choose any the same, and decoration. Can downed smeared with sour cream with fruit or berries can be smeared with cream or butter cream. In short the cream, I will not stop, so just put the recipe of the biscuit.
