Salad of wild rice with cod liver
Simple, hearty and bright salad. Cooks very quickly and will make a pleasing variety in the daily menu.

Ingredients

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Wild rice

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

I took Aquatica Wild Rice TM Mistral

Peel the onion and cut into small feathers. Add to the rice, mix well.

Cod liver cut into fairly large pieces. Mix well.

Tomatoes cut in half or into 4 pieces, add to the rice.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, fill with oil from the jar. Serve. Bon appetit!
