Siberian fish pie pike
We have no meal is complete without fish pie. In every home a cake in the center of the table. And all guests are sure to try it. The cake is usually made from whitefish, white salmon or pike. Today I want to treat you as suck pie!

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    1 kg

  • Pike

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

To prepare the dough. Here is my recipe: 1/2 packet of yeast"SAF-time" (11 grams)+1 teaspoon salt+1 tablespoon sugar+1.5 cups warm water+100ml of vegetable oil. Flour, for kneading as necessary. Stand the dough in a warm for 2-3 hours. Boil the rice. Finely chop the onion. Carve the fish into fillets, season with salt and pepper, let stand 30 minutes to salty.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. One roll out and put on a greased baking sheet, raise the bumpers.

Lay an even layer of the fish, lightly sprinkle crushed Bay leaf (for an Amateur).

Evenly distribute the rice. Pike are lean fish, so juicy drizzle with vegetable oil.

Roll out remaining pastry, cover pie, stung the edge.

From the remnants of dough to sculpt the shape of a fish, coat the pie with the beaten egg and make a few holes (out of steam). To give a little to settle and you can bake in pre-heated oven (180 gr.) 50 minutes.
