Aubergine casserole
Eggplant baked with ground beef and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cut eggplant into slices. Season with salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water.

Onion cut into cubes and add to the mince. Fry in vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Eggplant fry in vegetable oil.

In a greased form lay half of the eggplant.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

On the cheese put fried meat.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
