Description

Chicken in pomegranate juice with nuts and herbs
Iranian stew "Khoresht Anaar-Aveej". Tastes like a Georgian satsivi. Was attracted by the description of this dish, and season grenade. Really delicious, and the time for cooking is negligible.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.5 kg

  • Walnuts

    500 g

  • Rice flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pomegranate juice

    4 cup

  • Greens

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Did sample a small portion of chicken breast.

Bow clean, cut rings, fry in oil until Golden brown. Chicken cut into serving pieces, put in pan with onion and lightly fry.

Add 3 cups hot water, bring to boil, then reduce the fire and simmer the chicken for about 30 minutes.

Pomegranate juice (if you make with pomegranate paste, then pre-dissolve it in two cups of hot water and a little boil). The resulting mass, add the chicken and stir.

In almost finished dish to add rice flour diluted in one Cup of cold water. If pomegranate juice is too sour, add a little sugar. This dish is well apply white steamed rice.
