Syrnichki semolina with cheese
Small one or two bite-sized cheesecakes, soiled and several types of cheeses. Semolina is not felt absolutely, so you can feed even those who does not like semolina. Again, grilled cheese haunts me and does not leave you indifferent)))) very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Milk

Milk cook porridge, very thick that the spoon stood even in a hot mess (I cooked it for about 10-13 minutes), cool, then put into the refrigerator until firm. Add spices, mustard, salt better not to put, cheeses provide enough salt, mix well.

Adygei cheese grate on a fine grater. A conventional solid on the big cheese on the small. Add the cheese to the porridge and mix.
