In a bowl, mix oatmeal, flour, salt and pepper. Add the butter, diced, grind (I just chopped with a knife) all together. Pour in the milk, knead the dough. Add grated on a fine grater cheese, mix well. Preheat the oven to 220S. Roll the dough into a rectangle thickness of about 4 mm, cut into strips with a width of 2-3 cm to pass on to the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min.
