Cooking
For brownies we will need these ingredients and a square 20x20 cm
Butter with chocolate melt and stir until smooth
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites.
Beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar. Gradually add the starch and cocoa powder. Gently pour the melted butter with the chocolate.
Connect the egg-chocolate mass with proteins.
Spread the batter in a greased form. Put into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Brownie, most importantly, do not overdry!
Prepare the mousse. The yolks separated from the whites. Whites beat until stable peaks.
Whisk until yolks increase in volume. To the yolks 3 tablespoons of sugar, yogurt and cream cheese. Whisk.
Pour into a saucepan the blueberries, a spoonful of sugar and put on fire.
When the blueberry begins to boil, add half a Cup of water. Before boiling add the agar-agar and carefully and quickly stir, bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, boil for a few seconds.
The mixture will begin to thicken in his eyes.
Remove blueberries from heat and mix. Carefully enter even warm the blueberries into the yolk-creamy mass.
Beat with a mixer. Here's a nice mousse turns out.
Input proteins, gently stir with a spatula. Our mousse ready.
In the form put half of the mousse.
