Blueberry mousse with a brownie
At the beginning the dish was conceived as a brownie with blueberry mousse, but in the process of cooking had to change the concept! Invited to tea chocoholic and not only!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    120 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Brown sugar

  • Corn starch

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream cheese

    170 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Blueberries

    300 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Agar-agar

    4 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

For brownies we will need these ingredients and a square 20x20 cm
