Description
Two options. It turns out quinoa is an excellent flour that can be added in different pastries. It adds a nutty flavor and interesting color scheme. This time I tried to bake some quick cookies, and show you just two options. Was very fragrant, moderately sweet, tasty, with a pleasant texture to the cookies. Both options I liked, can't even tell which one, definitely going to cook both, more than once. My 100th recipe!!!

Cooking
Pour quinoa in a coffee grinder.
Option # 1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (the two kinds of flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, vanilla).
Butter cut into pieces. Add sugar, beat using a blender until smooth.
Add the egg and honey, once again carefully whisk.
Pour dry mixture, quickly whisking.
Shovel to collect all the dough off the sides of the bowl.
With wet hands shape dough into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll in oat flakes.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. To spread cookies.
Bake at temperature of 180 gr. approximately 13 minutes, guided by the ruddy colour of the cookies. Very tasty warm with cold milk or already cold with coffee or tea. Cookie stays soft, it is only necessary to shift the package after cooling.
Option # 2. Step-by-step I did not do, because doing a little test. You can do both or one. Wheat sift the flour, add the powdered sugar and flour from quinoa. Add the butter at room temperature. Quickly knead the dough long knead not necessary, it is only necessary to obtain a homogeneous ball. Shape dough into a sausage (for convenience to put in the package that the sausage became smooth). Roll the sausage into the quinoa, put in a bag and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the dough in small circles. Bake at 180 gr. 8-10 minutes, as they brown, you can get.
This cookie turns out soft, crumbly, and edge of quinoa is very pleasant tingling. If you do not like sweet, you can reduce the powdered sugar to 20 grams. It's impossible to stop. Bon appetit.
