Peaches with meringue
Delicious and light dessert.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    5 piece

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Cherry

Cherry put in blender add 1 tsp of sugar and mash the mixture

Peaches wash, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Halves of peaches to put in refractory form, filled with cherry puree.

Whip whites into a thick foam with sugar and cinnamon.

The beaten egg whites to place on top of peaches.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 240 C for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with a cherry.
