Christmas orange cake
Very tasty, bright, rich pie! With a pronounced aroma of oranges, soft in texture. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Jam orange

    3 Tbsp

Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar and orange zest. Wash the orange and grate the zest on a fine grater, the orange set aside until the side. Then add to the dough eggs and beat until smooth.

Add sour cream and semolina, whisking very long. 15 seconds.

Add baking powder and flour and quickly beat with a mixer. The dough comes off the blades, delicate, shiny. Silicone form grease with vegetable oil and put the dough. Send the pie in the oven at 180 deg. 40 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.

Ready hot cake to pierce with a wooden skewer around the perimeter. From the orange and squeeze the juice (there should be at least 100 ml of juice) and pour over the hot cake. On the cake let cool, remove from the mold and the top oil with lemon/orange marmalade.
