Cheesecake with mascarpone and white chocolate
Offer the next version of baking with mascarpone. Today I want to offer cheesecake, the recipe was found in the Internet under the name muffin. Many thanks to the author I slightly changed the recipe. The choice of the filler currant – conditional, it can be replaced with raspberries, cherries, cranberries.

Crumble the yeast, add some sugar from the total amount, pour the milk and leave for 10min for activation. If you have dry yeast, skip this step.

In a bowl for kneading dough (kneading was done by hand) beat the eggs, add the salt and whisk, add yogurt, mix, add the sugar, vanilla sugar. Pour in the activated yeast.

Mix well. Starch mixed with baking powder, add the sifted flour. Flour to enter in a mixture of parts, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps.
