Cooking

step-0
To prepare products to have everything at hand. I used the baking powder firm "Dr. Oetker". Turn on the oven, heat it to 180*C.
step-1
The recipe for the pie you want an alcoholic drink Calvados (I think it's Apple brandy), which you can replace with rum or lemon juice, if the cake will have children. I was not the first nor the second, but there is Cointreau (brought back from a trip to Cyprus), here is the one I used.
step-2
Apples peel and cut into 6-8 slices, drizzle with alcohol. Separate the yolks from the whites.
step-3
Mix all dry ingredients, except the salt.
step-4
Add well-softened butter and the egg yolks.
step-5
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step-6
Beat the whites with the salt to firm peaks.
step-7
Add the beaten egg whites to the dough and gently and carefully stir them by folding.
step-8
Form grease with oil, sprinkle with flour (or even better to lay baking paper), put the dough, flatten.
step-9
To put the dough in a circle with the Apple slices, pushing them slightly.
step-10
Bake until dry splinter and Browning, about 40-50 minutes.
step-11
Ready pie cool slightly and then gently remove from the mold.
