Cooking
Grind the almonds - I did it in a coffee grinder. Let him fall and large pieces. Sugar and water boil syrup to mix with almonds. It turns out very thick mass by the type of marzipan.
Blender Porirua cherries (or any other berry of your choice). If berries with seeds, like raspberries, strain through a sieve. If the berries are frozen, like mine, you will first need to thaw and drain excess juice.
Mix the marzipan mass and berry puree.
Perhaps you are not using the whole amount of the resulting puree as the mixture should be very thick (in the future it will be easier to work with). Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes (I have a temperature of -15 degrees).
Start making the candy. From the cooled mass formed small balls, about walnut. If you feel that after all weight watery you can remove the balls in the freezer.
In a water bath heat the chocolate. Dip each ball in chocolate and lay out on a lattice or in a mold.
Due to the fact that the balls were stored in the freezer, the chocolate hardens instantly.
