Prepare the form, which will bake the meat (small, but relatively deep). Cut the pork into small, thin pieces (if cut into cubes or thick slices, the meat will not be as soft as it should be). Onion cut into thin half-rings.
The bottom of the form grease with vegetable oil. Lay out the first layer of meat so that between the pieces there are no gaps. Salt, pepper and cover with layer of onions. Prokativaet top liberally with mayonnaise. (Smooth mayonnaise with a spoon not necessary).
Then again a layer of meat, salt, pepper, onion, mayonnaise. And so on. The last layer sprinkle onions and abundantly pour mayonnaise.
Now we even out the mayonnaise over the entire surface.
Cheese grate on a coarse shredder and sprinkle it on our meat.
Send the dish in the preheated oven 180град. When the meat will be warmed up and will start to boil, you can reduce the temperature to 150-160 degrees. Bake until browned ~ 60min.
Serve with pasta, potatoes, buckwheat, rice. Turns out juicy, tender dish, and side dish will not be dry. Bon appetit!
