Onions cut into large rings. Garlic cut into several parts.
In the pan pour oil, put Bay leaf, onion and garlic. Fry for a few minutes, not forgetting to stir.
Then put peeled and cut potatoes into circles with a thickness of not more than 1 cm from the Top to fill with water. it should not completely cover the potatoes, pour so much that the water was almost level with the top layer of potatoes. Add salt and put on fire.
The potatoes simmer until tender. Is about to leave in 15 minutes. Bon appetit.
