Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Horseradish

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

1. For the sauce, peeled apples grate, add to it 2 tablespoons of water and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until soft. 2. Stewed Apple RUB through a sieve.

3. The cooled Apple puree add the horseradish and sour cream. Mix. 4. Season the sauce with salt and lemon juice.

5. Chicken Breasts oil 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil, salt, pepper and fry on both sides until Golden brown in a frying pan. 6. Fried meat put in heat-resistant form, again, brush 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, periodically basting the breast with the separated juice.
