Description
I'll be honest - this is the second experiment in my life: baking yeast pancakes. The first was many years ago and not successful, apparently, the reason was the yeast. Today I wanted to cook a delicious but healthy pancakes. Although it is difficult to come up with the "healthy" pancakes. I think I got it: tasty, fragrant, delicious. But the smell was definitely of Russian fairy tales, in any case, I had this Association.

Cooking
Milk heated to about 35-37 degrees, add the yeast. I opted to trademark "SAF-MOMENT" and she was right.
Take oatmeal, I just ground the oats in a blender (you can take a grinder).
Pour in the milk, wheat and oatmeal.
All thoroughly mixed whisk to avoid lumps, cover with a towel and leave for about 30 minutes in a warm place to rise. Do not worry if you will have the batter, it will thicken in the process of recovery.
While suitable dough, prepare the filling for revival. Small cubes cut the onion and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
Whisk together egg, cream and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Pour egg-cream mixture into the pancake batter, once again mix everything until smooth and whisk again, cover and put to rise in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
I took the frying pan of a small diameter, as the pancakes are very delicate. Although I have not had a problem with them flipping. The pan is heated, grease with a brush oil.
Pour a ladle of batter on the hot pan. Evenly distribute the batter into the pan, rotating handle. Put on the middle of tablespoon of fried onions.
Fry on a medium heat. When the batter sets (will change color), flip over to other side and fry for about 1 minute. Remove the finished pancake. I recommend to oil the pan before each new pancake. I got 15 pieces.
Ready pancakes can be lubricated with melted butter, but for me it is fat and excess. Can submit pancakes with sour cream or your favorite sauce. Of course, they taste better when hot. Bon appetit!
