Rice with fruits
Simple dish without meat - very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

  • Dried apricots

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Pour into a deep pan with water and a little vegetable oil. Set on fire and throw rice.

All that will flavor the rice.

Cut into cubes onion and throw, when the rice a little swell. Salt.

After five minutes add corn and raisins

Three on a small grater carrots and rice

Cut into cubes other fruit: banana, dried apricots and pineapples.

All the time stir the rice, add water and oil, if needed. Sprinkle with spices and raisins. Simmer under the lid for the remaining 10 minutes. Savory!
