White wood mushrooms in batter
It is a continuous my experiment. Bought dry white wood mushrooms and think, and why I bought them to cook them I don't know how! Came up with the idea to fry them in batter. Turned out very tasty and unusual. Daughter generally call them cakes :-)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Of course the process of soaking these mushrooms is very long. Write the recipe of soaking, which was on the package. Pour in a Cup of dried mushrooms and fill them abundantly with warm water, to insist 4-5 hours. Then drain the water, wash the mushrooms again and pour the warm water for 3 hours. After the specified time, drain the water and again wash the mushrooms. They increase in size many times over.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs with soy sauce, add garlic, passed through the press.

Pour the mushrooms mixture, mix well. Add little by little flour and mix. Mushrooms are obtained as in the shell in the batter.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil with butter. Each mushroom separately to put in the pan and sear on all sides over medium heat.
