Ingredients

  • Salmon

    3 kg

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    3 tsp

  • Lemon

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sesame

    3 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    0.333 pack

  • Olives

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

Fish cook on the eve of the Banquet in the evening. Fish cleaned and gutted. Cut into serving pieces (medallions). On the bottom of the pan put Bay leaf and sprinkle a little spices. Lay 1st layer of fish. Again spices, sugar and sesame. And so it went, until the pieces of fish over. Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon on top of fish. Put in a cool place overnight. In the morning stir the fish.

Marinate the fish put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. Onion rings. The remaining marinade mix with vegetable mayonnaise and pour it over the fish. Bake in a preheated 200 gr oven for 40 minutes (until tender).

Decorate with greens and olives. Serve with boiled rice. Bon appetit.
