The bread with the pasta of olives
Aromatic homemade bread of two types of flour with the paste of olives. The preparation of such bread will not take much time and the result is, I hope, will please you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the olive paste. Chop the olives in a blender. (until smooth purees, grind is not worth it, tastes better when the pasta is individual pieces of olives)

Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. The pasta is ready.

Sift both kinds of flour. Mix with yeast. Add warm water, salt and olive oil. Knead the dough (I kneaded in CP)

Put the dough on a work surface lightly greased with vegetable oil.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll out to a thickness of 1-1,5 see

In the same way to do with the second part of the test. Put the loaves on a baking tray lined with baking paper, seam side down. Cover with a towel and put the approach in a warm place for an hour. (I put it in the oven when the mode LIGHT)

An hour later, the bread went perfectly. With a sharp knife make longitudinal incisions.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the walls of the oven with water spray and bake the bread for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Cool down the bread on the grill.
