Stuffed tomatoes
The dish was interesting, a little spicy taste due to the onions and ketchup. You have in mind for the contest "Fast from Moulinex". Idea assembled in the old magazine.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    0.5 can

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Ketchup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

My tomatoes, not removing them from the stems, cut off the top. Take out a teaspoon middle, add salt, turn over and leave for 10 minutes to rid of excess moisture.

In vegetable oil fry the diced onion and carrots. Add half a tin of rinsed red beans. Add to taste ketchup.

Prepare the sauce. On a heated pan pour the flour, add as much vegetable oil gradually in a thin stream pour hot water and stir to avoid lumps, add ketchup. Desired thickness obtained by adding or evaporating the water.

Stuff tomatoes with our filling, cover with hats. Fill in the form the sauce and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. I, unfortunately, forgotten and a bit overexposed : ( Bon appetit!
