Carp Eastern
Vegetable dish for the Holiday. During lent fish is allowed only twice: in the Annunciation and palm Sunday. I offer this variant fish. I wanted to send the dish to the contest.... but the fish ninjaaaa

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Lemon

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cleaning and gutting the carp. Sprinkle with salt, Italian herbs, sprinkled inside and out with lemon juice. Put in container and marinade for 20-30 minutes.

Wash the raw rice and fry in a skillet in butter. Put in a pan and fry until cooked.

Make filling: fry the finely chopped onion, a carrot at the end of cooking add the chopped herbs, stir and immediately remove from heat. We leave under cover.

Lay the marinated carp in our fresh vegetables. Yes the belly with toothpicks. RUB the fish mayonnaise sauce (vegetable)

On a baking sheet put foil on it rice in form of fish, rest and stuffing our stuffed carp. Wrap in foil and put in a preheated 180 to 200 gr oven for 50-60 minutes. Then open the foil after a time and again leave it in the oven for 10-20 minutes so that the fish is crusty.
