Pumpkin gingerbread
This recipe I found in an old notebook, printed on yellowed old piece of newspaper. Reading the composition and method of preparation, I decided to try to prepare because preparing is not difficult and comes cheap. The result for me and my household liked it, and I decided to share this "Pumpkin gingerbread" with You, dear Cooks!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    2.5 cup

  • Jam

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Added jam (I used jam made from gooseberries), sugar, sunflower oil and mix everything.

Then add the twisted pumpkin and soda, stir.

Pour slowly the flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.

The resulting mass spread on a greased form, flatten and put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until tender.

Here such it turns out "pumpkin gingerbread."
